If, however, your award presentation is less then 2 weeks away and you have a pressing deadline we can assist you with a rush order.
Many of the orders can be expedited via RUSH production, faster delivery or a combination of both. Simply reach out to our friendly staff and inform us about: the style of award you are interested in, quantity of awards and your deadline. We will work out the most optimal and cost effective solution to deliver the awards in time for your event.
All of our crystal award orders are custom. However, we stock some of our most popular styles for quicker turnaround.
We can expedite award production to 1, 2 or 3 business days depending on your deadline.
Rush production fees are per award and they are:
$100.00 per award or trophy for 1 business day production
$75.00 per award or trophy for 2 business day production
$50.00 per award or trophy for 3 business day production
Rush production charges cover our cost of delivering award components to our production facility, fabricating and engraving an item within the deadline provided by the customer.
Rush production charges do not cover shipping cost to the customer. Shipping charges are added to the order total and are in excess of rush production charges.
Prior to placing your rush award order please call 1-800-506-7966 to ensure product availability.
When selecting a shipping method please consider that shipping couriers do not guarantee Ground Transit. Domestic ground shipping ranges from 1-5 days based on your proximity to California which is our origin location. If your deadline is more pressing please consider paying extra for expedited shipping methods.
