Logo and custom artwork set-up are NOT included in the price of the item. An additional logo/artwork set-up charge will be applied to the entire order. For example: if you order 10 crystal paperweights and 20 crystal awards for your company, the logo/artwork set-up charge will be applied once to the entire order.

To expedite your orders, please submit camera-ready artwork. Camera-ready artwork is a high-contrast black and white file, containing no gray or fuzzy areas and bearing sharp, precisely-defined edges and outlines, production ready. We recommend submitting vector graphics so we can easily resize the graphics to fit the engraving area.

We accept the following types of digital Camera-Ready graphics media Electronic file
1. Conforming to the following formats: .AI,.EPS.
2. Vector graphic.
3. High-contrast black and white file containing no gray or fuzzy areas and bearing sharp, precisely-defined edges and outlines.

Artwork that is not camera-ready or submitted in non-digital format requires additional touch-up and reconstruction. Example: Black and White 600 dpi Artwork printed on white paper. Our graphical designers electronically reproduce printed artwork to digital camera-ready art. Additional charges may apply if non-camera artwork is submitted.

Please email us your graphic/logo file with your order number at graphics@crystalartusa.com or mail us a diskette. Graphic prints should be mailed to our address and NOT faxed.

Some thin lines and reverses may not reproduce at the thickness or size submitted. We reserve the right to make slight alterations in artwork, text and logos in order to adapt to engraving process. Submitted artwork and logos is assumed to be to be in fill compliance with trademark and copyright laws.
